14-day returns

If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to return an item

Email us at tutuvictor51@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Please keep your proof of postage.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns are not always processed at the address the parcel came from.

Refunds

We refund the full price you paid, including any original delivery charge, to your original payment method within 14 days of hearing from you. We may wait to refund until we've received the item back or you've sent us proof of return postage, whichever comes first.

The cost of sending a return back to us is paid by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. This doesn't affect your statutory warranty rights.

Exchanges

To swap for a different size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery (such as earrings) can't be returned unless they are faulty.

Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

Customers in the EU have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. To withdraw, send us a clear statement (for example by email to tutuvictor51@gmail.com) before the 14 days end. The steps and refund terms above apply.
