Standard shipping is free on every order.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Your items then ship from our partner warehouse, so please allow 7–15 business days for delivery after dispatch. Delays can happen during peak seasons or because of customs and carriers.
Where we ship
We ship to all EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–3 days to start updating.
Multiple parcels
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
Customs and import fees
Orders delivered outside the EU may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
