Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are

This online store (the "Store") is operated by Atelier 1324, Victor Tutu-Biaw, Schmedererstraße 8, 85560 Ebersberg, Germany ("we", "us"). Email: tutuvictor51@gmail.com. Phone: +49 152 17510290. The Store runs on Shopify.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all orders placed through the Store. By using the Store or placing an order you agree to them. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.

3. Products and prices

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and measurements may vary by 2–3 cm. Prices are shown in euros. As a small business under §19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), we do not charge VAT, so no VAT is shown on prices or invoices. Standard shipping is free. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders and contract

The product pages are an invitation to order. When you place an order you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or ship the items. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was clearly wrong; if so, we refund any amount already paid.

5. Payment

You can pay using the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

6. Shipping

Delivery times and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

You can return items and, if you live in the EU, withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights for defects apply. If an item is faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as required by law.

9. Liability

We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where required by product liability law. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract. This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory law.

10. Use of the Store

You may not misuse the Store, interfere with its operation, or copy its content (texts, images, logos) without our permission.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country.

13. Dispute resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a complaint, please email us first and we'll do our best to sort it out.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
